At Georgia Rent A Home, we are dedicated to making our property listings as detailed, efficient and easy to find as possible. Your success in finding the perfect Home or Vacation Rental is how we measure our success.
There are several ways you can go about searching each type of property, and we thought it would be helpful to go through some of the basics.
- IT DOES NOT COST ANYTHING TO SEARCH OUR PROPERTY LISTINGS. This site was designed to save you time in finding the perfect property. Please let us know if we can do anything better, and don't hesitate to contact your friends.
- We do not require you to set up an account to search our property listings. If you find several properties that meet your criteria, however, and would like to save them in your own personal file you may do so with the use of a "Searcher's Account". Setting one up is free, private, and easy to use if you decide to do so.
- More details are USUALLY more efficient. Our Basic Search and Advanced Search features allow you to narrow the list of properties to consider by only showing the ones that have the features that are important to you. Keep in mind, however, that property owners may not have provided us with all of the details on a property (i.e. did not provide middle school, vacation rental that does not support our Availability Calendar, etc.). It is for this reason that we will show properties with criteria close to what you requested, after we have shown the ones that meet all of you criteria.
- We would'd love to hear from you! If you have any ideas on how we could make our site a better tool for you and others to use, please share them with us by using the Contact Userý button on the top right portion of this page. We would also love to hear about your success in finding a property. Your success is how we measure our success and we enjoy when people share them with us.
- GaRAH does not own the properties you are viewing. Each property is individually owned and managed by the people who have put their listing on our site. All of the information listed has been provided by them, and while we encourage accuracy of all of the details, we cannot guarantee it. We encourage as much communication between parties as possible, and suggest all business take place with the use of a written contract. Any financial relationship entered into between owners and renters is done so between them and them only.
- Special Info for Vacation Rental Searches. One of the features that we feel allows for successful Vacation Rental Searches, is the ability to only search properties that are available when you want to visit. THAT SAVES EVERYONE TIME and makes your search process much easier. We give property owners the ability to maintain an availability calendar so that we can use this valuable tool. Please note however, that they are not required, and if used are individually maintained. We cannot guarantee their accuracy.
The more information you provide in the search criteria will narrow a
list to hopefully allow you to find the perfect property. Our lists will display all of the propertys that meet your criteria, and then will continue the list with the next properties that come closest to meeting your criteria.
When searching vacation rentals, we feel having a search function is very valuable. By choosing a date that is in the middle of the time period you plan to stay, you can again narrow you search. We will first show the properties that maintain a calendar with us, and are available. We will then list the properties that meet your criteria, but do not maintain a calendar. We will not show any properties that are displayed as booked during that date.
